The front desk asst., Danielle, is very personable and helpful. Jay was very kind and efficient with the X-rays. Sheryl was a sweet heart. I struggled looking for a new dentist, also dealing with my own insurance for the first time was not very fun. Then I randomly found this dentist, called about insurance to confirm it is in-network. The Staff and the Dentist are very professional and take the time to explain what needs to be done or why they doing something. I can’t ask for a better experience than I’ve had with them each time I’ve been. This is the second part to getting a deep clean, I thought as in the first part that the personal all were good . 5 stars is not enough. Typically terrified of the dentist and avoid them completely. Due to numerous bad experiences. What a change. This office is cozy and very clean. Dr. Chris Hillman is amazing and his assistant Cheryl was awesome as well. I felt very welcomed and relaxed. Dr. Hillman eased my nerves and made sure I was fully numb and didn't feel a thing during my procedure as I am very sensitive to pain in my mouth ( broken molar that needed to be rebuilt and crowned) the temporary fit was perfect and the new crown was a perfect fit and size and color. They both made my experience a great one and cared how I was feeling during the entire process. I am now willing to go back and get all the work needed to get my mouth healthy and on track. Danielle at the front office is friendly and makes you feel comfortable and that you should never feel bad about the condition of your teeth they don't shame and just wish to help. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a caring and comfortable experience. Dr. Hillman (I now call him Dr. Numb)lol lol is an excellent dentist and very nice to look at.
